ZEBULON NC – Carter Langley and RPM Group have announced a three-race partnership with Solid Rock Carriers which will begin this weekend at the Thunder Road Harley Davidson 200 presented by Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort at South Boston Speedway.
In addition to this weekend’s event at South Boston, the partnership will include the Hampton Heat 200 July 23rd at Larry King Law’s Langley Speedway and the ValleyStar Credit Union 300 September 24th at Martinsville Speedway.
Langley is currently running full time on the CARS Tour. He has recorded 3 top ten finishes in his first seven CARS Tour starts in 2022. He also currently leads the Bilstein Rookie of the Year standing over Chase Burrow and Braden Rogers.
Langley is no stranger to South Boston Speedway as he competed at the track in 2021 recording numerous top 5 finished throughout the year. He capped off the season capturing his first career LMSC pole in the season finale and recorded a strong 6th place finish CARS Tour event in October – his second career CARS Tour start.
Langley commented on the recent partnership stating, “I am extremely excited and honored to represent Solid Rock Carriers and Mr. and Mrs. Ipock at the highest level I can for these three races. What they do to help and support short track racing is truly a blessing for all of us. They have always been so gracious to my family and I since we met last year.” Langley concluded, “My goal is to race hard and the right way and represent Solid Rock with class and integrity. And, hopefully get the opportunity to get a picture or two taken in Victory Lane during this three-race partnership.”
