Rob Joyce is the Owner and CEO of RPM Group. With a diverse career that spans construction, graphics, and racing, Rob brings a unique blend of expertise and passion to his leadership role at RPM Group.

Rob began his career as a General Contractor at HF Mitchell, where he honed his skills in business management and operations. He later transitioned into the graphics industry, joining GXS Wraps and Graphix Solution. There, Rob became part-owner and COO, where he has played an integral role in the company’s success and expansion in the competitive field of graphics and branding.

Having developed a passion for racing at a young age, Rob grew up watching races and cultivating a deep connection to the motorsports world. His lifelong love for the sport, combined with his strong business acumen, led him to RPM Group, where he is excited to continue driving innovation and growth in the industry.
Outside of work, Rob values spending quality time with his wife, two daughters, and two grandbabies. He also enjoys the company of his two beloved dogs, Bogey and Mara, and cherishes family moments when he’s not immersed in his professional endeavors. Rob’s leadership at RPM Group reflects both his commitment to excellence and his deep-rooted passion for motorsports.
Bethany Sox is the Chief Operating Officer and Social Media Director at RPM Group, where she combines her expertise in media, marketing, and motorsports to drive the company’s success. With a deep-rooted passion for racing, Bethany has built a career that merges her professional skills with her personal love for the sport.

A member of Women in Motorsports North America and an Ambassador for Osprey, Bethany is dedicated to advancing women’s roles in the motorsports industry. With multiple years of experience in motorsports media and marketing, Bethany has quickly made a name for herself as an innovative leader in the field.

Her journey into racing began at a young age, growing up in the shadow of her legendary uncle, professional NHRA driver Ronnie Sox of the renowned Sox and Martin team. Inspired by his legacy, Bethany is on a mission to carry on the tradition of Sox and Martin by carving her own path in the motorsports world.

When she’s not immersed in her professional responsibilities, Bethany enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, traveling, and dedicating time to volunteering at her church.
